How many ceremony locations do you offer?

We offer three beautiful ceremony spaces: The Billabong (outdoor garden), The Banksia (beneath our historic tree), and The Barn (indoor ceremony space). Each offers its own unique charm and atmosphere.

What’s included in the ceremony hire?

Ceremony hire includes timber pew seating for your guests, a rustic signing table, set-up and pack-down by our team, and access for styling from 12pm on the day. All viewings and access are by appointment only.

What happens if it rains?

We’ve got you covered, literally! The Barn serves as our indoor ceremony location and is always available as a wet weather back-up option at no extra charge.

Can we hold both the ceremony and reception at The Shearing Shed?

Yes! In fact, most of our couples do. Holding your ceremony and reception in one location makes for a seamless experience and a more relaxed day for you and your guests.

How many guests can attend our ceremony?

All our ceremony spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 110 guests. If you’re planning a more intimate gathering, we’ll tailor the setup to suit your numbers.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the ceremony and reception areas are accessible. If you or your guests have specific mobility needs, just let us know in advance and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Can we customise the ceremony setup?

You’re welcome to bring in your own styling elements, florals, or signage to make the space your own. We provide the basics and a beautiful blank canvas, you bring your vision to life.

Do you provide a celebrant?

You’ll need to book your own celebrant, but we’re happy to recommend some incredible local professionals who know our venue well.

Can we bring our pets?

We know pets are part of the family! Reach out to us directly to discuss options for including your furry friend in the ceremony.

How do we secure a ceremony booking?

Easy, just get in touch via phone or email to arrange a viewing. Once you've fallen in love with your space, we’ll walk you through the booking process and current packages.
