   Hello everyone, happy hump day! Today I would like to introduce you all to the White tree. If you haven't heard of these guys I suggest you follow along then check out all they have to offer! They are freaking awesome. They offer anything from live music, photography & film all under one creative roof. The White Tree got in to business in Melbourne in 2008. They were working in other fields at the time; offering original bands, advertising & fashion. Then noticing an opportunity where they could bring a high level of creativity to the wedding industry they jumped at that idea, never looking back. When they started out weddings were a pretty cheesy cliché at the time, so they started with a vision of featuring young, talented & a passionate network of creatives. 12 years on they are still doing what they do best loving every minute of it! The thing The White Tree loves most about the wedding industry is the ever changing environment that provides constant stimulation. They get to perform & shoot all around the country, even abroad! Being able to work at all kinds of different venues with all sorts of interesting people from all different walks of life is pretty special. When talking about favourite styles within the services they provide with the live music side of things they love anything with energy that gets people dancing. Anything from rock, electro, funk, pop & classic sing a longs. With the photography & film side of things they love more the documentary style of shooting where they capture a couple with their friends & family in a really natural state, this leading to the most emotive content there is (heart eyes) The craziest thing they have done in the industry thus far was the moment they did a wedding at the Gershwin room at the Espy. The couple were total rock dogs! It was awesome, their wedding was a dress up theme where you had to go dressed up as an animal. Each of the members in the band were supplied a costume. James said he was in a full panda costume including a giant panda head mask haha. That sounds like it would of been extremely fun, entertaining OH & hot!! The one question the White Tree like to ask all their clients to help understand them & their requirements is how do they envision the latter stages of their reception, for The White Tree it gives them a great idea of what sort of people they are as well as what sort of music they should play to best suit the couple. The White Tree love that there is a far more greater diversity in how & where a wedding ceremony or reception takes place. When they first started out most ceremonies were in churches followed by a cookie cutter wedding reception venue in the city. Not that there is anything wrong with that they can be great too! It is just the variation that they love now where each wedding is so different, really reflecting so much about the couple & what they want. It is so great that couples feel more confident to go with what reflects their personalities. For instance there are also low key ceremonies officiated by funky celebrants & beautiful rustic venues in the country side. The White Tree's best advice to couples in their planning phase is to work out the ingredients that are most important to you as a couple then allocate your budget mainly to those favourite parts.
