Our open fireplace sets the tone of a warm and cosy event full of love and great food.
If you book a date in June, July or August 2026 you will receive 15% off your total spend! That saving could cover your band, or a photo booth, or upgrades your florals, or goes towards a honeymoon. The choices are endless.

With all the fun to be had there is still some conditions that apply!

We all love the idea of a discount, however, to make sure we are all on the same page we have outlined the cans and cant’s for you here.

  1. This discount only applies to dates booked in the months of June, July and August 2026 if the below conditions are met.

  2. The discount amount is 15% and only applies to services provided by The Shearing Shed. It does not apply to any other vendor. 

  3. Booking must include – ceremony and reception hire, meal selection, alcohol package selection – to be eligible for the discount amount.

  4. Substituting the alcohol package for a bar tab or cash bar excludes you from receiving this discount.

  5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  6. Minimum attendance requirement of 70 adult guests to be eligible for the discount

  7. Minimum spend must first be met to be eligible for the discount.

  8. This offer only applies to our full price wedding package. Ceremony only, or micro wedding packages are excluded.

  9. This offer is not run in conjunction with any other business or platform.

How It Works

1️⃣ Book a Venue Tour
Reach out between 27 November – 1 December (by 5 pm) to lock in your tour time.
Your actual visit can happen later - it just needs to be booked in during the promo window.

2️⃣ Fall in Love (With The Venue, Of Course)
We’ll walk you through our 20-acre Phillip Island property - the lush Billabong gardens, the rustic Barn, and the charming Courtyard. Not forgetting our name sake, The Shearing Shed

3️⃣ Lock It In
Once you’ve found “the one,” you’ve got 48 hours after your tour to confirm your wedding date and claim your two upgrades.
