Hi there, Happy Friday everyone. What better way to start the weekend than banging out a few cocktails at home. Below I have listed a few of my favourite cocktail recipes to hopefully bring you some joy during your time staying at home. These are easy to make & SUPER DELICIOUS!! PORNSTAR MARTINIINGREDIENTS; 2 shots passoa 2 shots vanilla vodka 1/2 shot lemon juice 1/2 shot simple syrup 2/3 can passionfruit pulp Ice METHOD; 1. Fill martini glasses with ice & set aside 2. Add passion fruit pulp to blender & blend until an even foamy consistency 3. Combine passoa, vanilla vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, passionfruit & ice into a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds 4. Strain into martini glasses, top with fresh passion fruit halves & enjoy! GARNISH; Fresh passionfruit (cut in half) TRADITIONAL WHISKEY SOURINGREDIENTS; 30ml Whiskey 15ml Lemon Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup 7.5 ml Egg Whites Ice cubes METHOD; 1. Put the ice & all of the ingredients into a shaker, shake hard for about 25 seconds to chill the liquid really well & to froff the egg white 2. In a chilled glass, add some ice then pour the cocktail through a strainer over the ice, including some of the froff on top as well GARNISH; Garnish with orange FRENCH MARTINIINGREDIENTS; 2 shot ketel one Vodka 1/2 shot Black raspberry liquer 1 1/2 shot Pineapple juice (fresh) METHOD; SHAKE all ingredients with ice & then fine strain into a chilled glass GARNISH; Pineapple wedge on rim FABULOUS FIZZINGREDIENTS; 1 egg white Rhubarb bitters 60 ml St Germain Champagne Rose petals Mint METHOD; 1. Place egg white 2. Add 6-8 drops of rhubarb bitters to shaker 3. Measure 60ml of St Germain to pour into shaker 4. Add ice into shaker & shake until the froff forms 5. Pour champagne into martini glass about 2/3 full 6. Double strain egg whites over the champagne GARNISH; With rose petals & mint ESPRESSO MARTINIINGREDIENTS;
2 shots vodka 2 shot kahlua 2 shot chilled espresso 1/2 shot sugar syrup Crushed ice METHOD; 1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker & shake for 30 seconds 2. Strain into martini glass GARNISH; Top with coffee beans & enjoy! |
