It is often tough to measure the longevity of relationships these days with the world being so unpredictable. Some times external factors change daily within a persons life, so this can be hard to sustain a relationship. In saying that when thinking of where you would like to be in 5 years time, does your partner fit in to that plan? Here are a few little pointers to consider before popping the question.
You may think your wedding invitations might be small part of a big day & not mean that much BUT I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU. They can be a big influence on your day, after all, how are you planning to ask all your nearest & dearest to celebrate one of the biggest days of your life!!?
I love the fact you are able to make a statement before the actual wedding.
Your wedding invitation are your guests first impressions of your to-be-wedding so make them count. Remember to think carefully about how you are going to grab everyone's attention, then tie the invites style in with your wedding day stationery.
Today I was lucky enough to chat to the lovely Hannah Milford-Robertson about her wedding day. I have always wanted to know what the brides think when they look back on their special day, What would they have done differently? What did they love about the planning process?
What suppliers did they use? Literally anything & everything to do with their day!
Here is a little insight to everyone in their planning process.
With so much inspiration out there is can be difficult to decide on the one look you want. Here is a little insight into choosing the look for you.
Hello lovelies, today I want to talk to you all about intentions within your wedding day.
What is your purpose for your special day? (Others that to get married... obvs.) Do you even have one or are you following a plan?
Do you want to follow those typical traditions or do you want to steer clear and create your own? Honestly sooo much to talk about, I am loving this topic!
Society these days is heavily based around what everything 'should' look like, what Instagram portrays you should have, the never ending Pinterest boards of things that are may be unachievable for you. It's a bloody joke if you ask me. If you think you have to look a certain way or do things a certain way because someone else has on Instagram please, please, think again! Do what is solely you as a couple, if you want a Jurassic park themed wedding literally go for it! If you want food trucks do that, don't listen to what anyone else's wants, this is your day, absolutely slay it in your own way!
How exciting you are now engaged & about to go on the adventure of wedding planning!
I know it came seem extremely overwhelming all that entails getting married but lets just take it one step at a time. There are so many different areas to cover but to make it a bit easier for you I will take you through a little step by step recommended process.
Keep in mind this is totally your own wedding so choose your own adventure!

Today I had a little chat with Corrie from Morrie & Maisie, we spoke about the difference in flowers whether they be fresh or artificial. This all comes down to what the couple want on their special day. I've found that around 57% of couples like to have fresh flowers whereas another 20% will opt for artificial, interestingly a further 23% of couples like to have a combination of real & artificial. With the ever growing trends in our society dried flowers are now extremely popular. Here is what I found out below chatting to the lovely Corrie.
